Coating above rollers have been done with rubbers such as: NBR, EPDM, PBR, SBR, NR, IIR, SILICON, CSM, and CR. Base on physical and chemical conditions of base material, specific rubber will be selected and related compound with min hardness of 30 (Sh. A) and max 80(Sh. D) will be designed
It is clear that based on customers requirements and orders all grinding and grooving on rollers face would be done by our company.
MIRCO also has ability to design and manufacture metallic parts of industrial rollers.
